It combines practice, probing, memory, feedback, and reviewable traces so a learner's next session starts from what they actually did, not from a generic module. The interview product is the public surface; the deeper idea is ambient skill learning close to work.
A practical roadmap for institutional AI adoption
At Jaipuria, the AI adoption problem first became visible in assessment design. Faculty did not just need a policy; they needed a way to decide what students may use AI for, how artifacts should be judged, and how courses should evidence learning. The playbook is the public version of that work.
Jaipuria Group operates more than 70 schools in India and has a sizeable publishing division. The work here was practical: redesign a slow textbook-production process into a GenAI-assisted system with fewer handoffs, faster iteration, and clearer review gates.

GenAI does not only speed up an existing task. It changes task sequencing, handoffs, and interdependence, often requiring the team to invent a new way of doing the work.
Generating art or text is fast. Verifying it is the hard part. The useful workflow is the one that makes quality checks explicit, repeatable, and less dependent on constant manual policing.
Generative AI rewards people who can see how tasks, review gates, data, and roles will be reworked. The strongest participant is often the person who can imagine the changed workflow before the tool is deployed.
The useful proof is not a list of tools. It is product work, institutional programmes, workflow redesign, and public artifacts that show how judgement, review, and adoption actually changed.
