A plausible answer is only the beginning.
AI can produce an answer to a management case. Reading it does not establish that the learner noticed the important evidence or could defend the decision.
A reflective edition asks the learner to commit their reasoning to a record, then return to it. A change of mind, or a well-founded decision to hold a position, becomes something they can examine.
The case is organised around the learner’s decisions.
I use an agentic workflow to develop these editions from existing cases. Case evidence, learning objectives and review shape the experience.
The visual is an authored illustration of the learning sequence. Case materials are selected and scoped within a teaching programme.
Use a concrete business question to shape the learning.
